The charge is under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner says that she only introduced the victim girl to one Debasish Adhikary who apparently lured the victim girl and married her. The petitioner has no role to play in the commission of the alleged offence. The petitioner's name has been incorrectly brought into the case.

Learned Advocate for the State produces the Case Diary which we have perused. We have seen the statements of local people recorded under Sections 161/164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having considered the material in the Case Diary and the facts and circumstances of the case, active complicity of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence cannot be ruled out at this stage. On an over all consideration of the

material on record, we are not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 2672 of 2021 is dismissed.
