1. The matter has come up for correction in the order dated 5th February, 2026.

2. In the last line of the second paragraph of the dated 5th February, 2026 the date of death was wrongly recorded as 21st July, 2012 in place and instead of 21st August, 2012.

3. Be it recorded that the date of death recorded as 21st July, 2012 in the order dated 5th February, 2026 should be read as 21st August, 2012.

4. Rest of the order dated 5th February, 2026 remains unaltered.

5. The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

6. Let this order be read along with the order dated 5th February, 2026.
