Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 25th April, 2025 petitioner surrendered before the learned Trial Court and the learned Trial Court as admitted him on regular bail. Learned Counsel submits in the circumstances, matter has become infructuous and may be disposed of accordingly.

Learned Counsel submits that he has already sent the notice to the State.

In view of the submission made the petition is disposed of.
