The petitioner disputes a bill issued by the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited, Nimpura Customer Care Centre, Paschim Medinipur.

The petitioner is granted liberty to file an appropriate application before the concerned Regional Grievance Redressal Officer. If such application is made, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law upon hearing the petitioner as also the Station Manager, Nimpura Customer Care Centre. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner within two months.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
