The petitioner's grievance was that the electric supply enjoyed by the petitioner was disconnected.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition the reconnection has been given in compliance of the order dated 8th April, 2020. The petitioner's grievance in the writ petition, therefor, no more subsists.

In the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of by recording that reconnection has been given to the petitioner in compliance with the order dated 8th April, 2020.

There shall, however, be no order as to

costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, is to be given to the parties upon compliance with the necessary formalities.
