Learned Sessions Judge granted anticipatory bail, inter alia, on the consideration that there was a dispute regarding property.

Post bail misconduct of alleged threat meted out by the private opposite parties remains unsubstantiated despite the pendency of the present application since 2021. In such circumstances, we find no ground to interfere with the order.

CRM 2676 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
