The petitioner is aggrieved that investigation into FIR No. 84 of 2022 dated 15th January, 2022 has not been completed by Berhampore Police Station.

In the above circumstances, Berhampore Police shall complete investigation into the subject FIR within a period of one month from date, if not already completed.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
