...for the State We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. The learned Counsel for the State has produced before us a report, wherefrom it appears that the petitioner has complied with the conditions laid down in order dated 23rd December, 2020. The learned Counsel for the State also submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed. In view of the aforesaid, we modify the conditions mentioned in the order dated 23rd December, 2020 to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Officer-in-Charge of Hariharpara Police Station once in a month. The petitioner shall also appear before the learned trial court on each and every date of hearing unless there are unavoidable circumstances and shall comply with the other terms as mentioned in the order dated 23rd December, 2020. CRM 2943 of 2020 is accordingly, disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
