1. This intra court appeal by the unsuccessful writ petitioners is directed against the order dated 18.12.2023 in WPA 3879 of 2023.

2. As rightly pointed out by the Assistant Additional Advocate General the appellants in the writ petition have admitted that the 4th respondent/unsuccessful bidder has the requisite professional tax, registration and payment receipt.

3. Be that as it may, unless and until the appellants are able to demonstrate that the reasons for rejection of the technical bid as per the order dated 06.01.2023 is not tenable or unsustainable, the appellants would have no locus standi to question the selection of the 4th respondent in the technical bid.

4. Hence, no grounds have been made out to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Bench.

5. Accordingly, the appeal fails and the same is dismissed.
