Report submitted by the police authorities reflects that four FIR have been registered on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner and, on the other hand, on the basis of the complaint of the private respondent(s), one FIR has been registered. The number of FIR itself reflects that there is inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent(s).

Accordingly, the Assistant Commissioner of Police in charge of Jagatdal Police Station would oversee that there is no violation of any law and order at the behest of either of the parties.

In case, it surfaces that any of the parties have taken the law in their own hands, the Assistant Commissioner of Police in charge of Jagatdal P.S. would pray for cancellation of bail in connection with the criminal cases which are pending before the jurisdictional Court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 6555 of 2025 is disposed of.
