Mr. Arijit Sarkar, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner not pressed the challenge of this revisional application against the order No. 16 dated 8th March, 20224 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas.

Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that he is not pressing the challenge of this revisional application but prays for only direction upon the Trial Court to dispose of the Title Suit as expeditiously as possible.

Given facts and circumstances, the instant revisional application stands disposed of with a request upon the learned Trial Court to dispose of

the Title Suit being No. 207 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties to the suit.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite parties before the Trial Court as well as opposite parties.

With this observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
