The petitioner was an approved retired clerk of a secondary school and has retired from his service on superannuation on October 31, 2008. The petitioner is claiming arrear salary amounting to Rs.11,95,747/-.

Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned Counsel for the State respondents submits that such payment has already been made and files Annexure '1' of the 'e' bill evidencing such payment. Let the said document be kept with the record.

In view of such development, no further order need be passed in the present matter.
