None appears for the respondents in spite of service.

It appears from record that against the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has made a representation before the respondent bank authority concerned on 9th March, 2022 and it is the allegation of the petitioner that the same is still pending and has not been disposed of.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case this writ petition being WPA No. 6267 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent bank authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 9th March, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his

authorised representatives within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. On considering the aforesaid representation if it is found that the original title deed of conveyance submitted by the petitioner as a guarantor is liable to be returned, the same shall be handed over to the petitioner.
