In view of sufficient reasons having been shown for the absence of the petitioners on the relevant date, CAN 1 of 2024 is allowed, thereby recalling the order dated April 22, 2024 passed in WPA 7160 of 2024 and restoring the said writ petition to its original file and number.

Learned counsel for the writ petitioners submits that in view of certain technical errors, the writ petitioners seek to withdraw the said writ petition with liberty to file afresh.

Being satisfied on the submissions of the petitioners and upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, WPA 7160 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners to sue afresh on the self-same cause of action.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
