Though the petitioner is saying that he has satisfied all the criteria for getting an appointment but I find that there is no such TET examination, no admit card and no TET certificate that has been given to any of the TET candidates.

This is objected to by the learned advocate for the District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas, who contended that the petitioner did not appear in the TET examination, it was only an examination conducted by the District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas. Therefore, no appointment can be given on the basis of that examination. There is no merit in the writ application.

The writ application is dismissed.
