Anticipatory bail is sought principally on the ground that some of the accused persons are senior citizens and incapable of committing an offence under Section 195A. It is further submitted that the victim and the petitioners were in love for a substantial period of time.

Having considered the records of the case and the statement of the witnesses, this Court is not inclined to accept the argument of the petitioners.

In view of the above circumstances, the application fails and thereby dismissed.
