...... petitioners Mr. Jishan Iqubal Hossain ....for the petitioners Mr. Navanil De ....for the State There are two police complaints over an incident. Apparently, the present police complaint is second in point of time.

In the present police complaint, the injured suffered grievous hurt.

Such injured implicates all the petitioners before us in the incident of assault.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1172 of 2023 is dismissed.
