One of the injured suffered multiple fracture, one at the left shoulder and the other on the frontal bone. The injured implicates both the petitioners in such incident of assault. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 908 of 2024 is dismissed.
