He submits that anticipatory bail was granted on December 22, 2021 on the condition, inter alia, that that the private opposite party should appear before the jurisdictional Court on every date fixed and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks and that the private opposite party shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a week till the conclusion of the investigation.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State relies upon an instruction dated May 3, 2022. He submits that the private opposite party did not meet the Investigating Officer nor did such private opposite party applied for and obtained regular bail within the time period fixed by the order. The said instruction dated May 3, 2022 be taken on record.

Considering the fact that the private opposite party did not comply with the conditions of the anticipatory bail granted on December 22, 2021 requiring the private opposite party to meet the Investigating Officer once in a week till the conclusion of the investigation and pray for regular bail within

the time period fixed by such order, we cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the private opposite party.

CRM (DB) 953 of 2022 is allowed.
