Error apparent on the face of the record is pointed out on behalf of the petitioners in presence of the State. The words " In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Uluberia Police Station Case No.337 of 2022 dated 06.11.2022 under Sections 420/406/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860" in the order dated March 22, 2023 be replaced with the description of the police case as appearing in the application for anticipatory bail. Department will incorporate the corrections in the order dated March 22, 2023.
