It is candidly submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's previous bail applications have been rejected, lastly on September 25, 2020 by a Coordinate Bench. However, learned Counsel submits that the renewal of such prayer has been made on the ground of the long detention in custody of the petitioner, which is about two years till now. However, upon hearing learned Counsel for both the sides, we are of the opinion that, in view of the specific observations made as ground for refusal in the last order of rejection, where it was indicated that the materials on record prima facie disclose involvement of the petitioner in trafficking

women for sexual exploitation and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, C.R.M. No.2694 of 2021 is dismissed.
