State of West Bengal and others Mr. Ekramul Bari ....for the petitioner The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the ADI of schools Basirhat SubDivision. By the impugned order the approval of panel for selection of group-C post in Kharampur High School, was refused. The D.I. of schools found that the ADI did not have authority to sanction the new post referred to in the GO No.333 dated 8th June, 2007. It is also found that the PP that was issued does not exist in the office records.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
