CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 865 of 2012 In the matter of : Smt. Manzil Bhattacharya. .....petitioner. In Re : An application under Section 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This revisional application was preferred in connection with quashing of a proceedings being C. R. Case No. 506 of 2011 then pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Siliguri.

Record of the present revisional application reflects that on 06.03.2012 at the time of admission there was an interim order for 12 weeks. However, the said interim order was never extended and this revisional application is pending before this court for more than 9 years.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner approached this court at the initial stage and no further information has been furnished before this court as to the progress of the trial and prima facie there are materials for proceedings with the trial of the case, I am of the view that no

interference is called for in respect of the prayer advanced by the petitioner.

Consequently, the revisional application being CRR 865 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
