Mr. Shakti Chakraborty Ms. Rituparna Das ...for the petitioner Mr. Ansar Mondal, AGP Ms. Srilekha Bhattacharyya ...for the State Report, pursuant to the last order dated June 25, 2024, filed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Uluberia police station signed on June 27, 2024 be taken on record. It appears therefrom that on completion of the investigation of FIR No.842/2015 dated November 16, 2015, the police submitted Uluberia PS Charge Sheet No.829/2015 on December 20, 2015 under sections 448/323/506/354A/34 IPC against the all FIR named persons. Further complaint lodged by the petitioner vide GDE No.457/2020 dated June 9, 2020 was inquired and the police submitted prosecution under section 107 CrPC against the persons against whom the complaint was lodged.

In my view, this court under Article 226 of the Constitution is not in a position to adjudicate this issue any further at this stage. The petitioner will be at liberty to approach the learned trial court for further relief, if so advised.

The writ petitions stands disposed of.
