This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 381 of 2015, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 6th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

Petitioner submits that after the application for amendment of the plaint was allowed by the learned court below, the learned court below by an order dated December 12, 2017 fixed the suit for hearing on the question of correctness of the valuation of the suit after incorporation of the amendment. It is submitted that thereafter the suit has not proceeded. Under such circumstances, the learned court below is directed to dispose of the Title Suit expeditiously, preferably within a period of two years from the date of communication of this order upon giving an opportunity of hearing to all the contesting parties.

This court has not gone into the merits of the claims of the petitioner. The learned court below shall proceed independently and in accordance with law.

The revisional application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Service of the revisional application and a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties and on their learned Advocate appearing in the learned court below.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible subject to compliance of all usual formalities.
