1. Learned advocate representing alleged contemnor has submitted that order passed by this Court dated 17th September, 2025 is complied with by issuing order dated 9th June, 2026.

2. Copy of the order dated 9th June, 2026 issued by the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission is on record.

3. However, learned advocate representing applicant submits that order dated 9th June, 2026 is not in consonance with the order passed by this Court on 17th September, 2025 and there are certain anomalies in the said order.

4. Since decision is taken by the alleged contemnor vide memo dated 9th June, 2026 Court finds that order dated 17th September, 2025 is complied with.

5. Hence, contempt application is disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

6. However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to question memo dated 9th June, 2026 in accordance with law.

7. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
