Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is one of the assailant and was identified in the test identification parade. He refers to the contents in the case diary.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM 2698 of 2021 is dismissed.
