Petitioner no.1 is a finance company who complains that inspite of the District Magistrate having passed order on 03.12.2024 the police authorities were not rendering any assistance.

Learned advocate for the State is present.

According to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner presently the police authorities have supplied the requisitions of cost required for rendering police assistance after preferring the writ petition. Having considered that things are progressing, police authorities are directed to take necessary steps by cooperating with the petitioners pursuant to the directions passed by the District Magistrate, South 24 Parganas.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 6714 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
