Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the incident arose out of property disputes. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the injury suffered are grievous in nature. He refers in the materials in the case diary.

The injuries suffered by the victim are grievous in nature. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 1666 of 2022, is rejected.
