Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure show petitioner and co-accuseds assaulted the victim resulting in his death. Bail prayer of co-accuseds were turned down by this Court earlier.

Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
