The husband of the petitioner was an Assistant Teacher of a Secondary School who diedin-harness on March 05, 2021. The petitioner has two fold prayers, first disbursement of the retiral benefits of her deceased husband and grant of family pension to her.

Mr. Deb Roy, learned Additional Government Pleader on instruction of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E) Pashcim Medinipur, the respondent no. 4 herein submits that upon compliance of the objections, the pension papers have been sent to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no. 3 herein, the said respondent shall issue necessary pension payment order shortly. The respondent no. 3 is directed to complete his exercise in the matter of issuance of such pension payment order within three weeks from

the date of communication of this order. The respondent no. 4 shall also take steps for payment of the Provident Fund and the Gratuity of the deceased teacher to the petitioner within the aforementioned period.

W.P.A. 6785 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any orders as to costs.
