None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 21.11.2022 and has been called on each day of working of this Court since that date. In spite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. In this revision the petitioners have prayed for quashing of the proceedings of Complaint Case being No. C-15792 of 2014 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas under Sections 420/406/403 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and all orders passed therein including the order dated 4th December, 2014 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas and t he order dated 30th January, 2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas. Petitioners are alleged of the offence of cheating though he says that no case has been made out against him, that no tangible material so far as the above offences concerned could be found against him.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioners I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this Court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 592 of 2015 is dismissed.
