Roy ...for the Zilla Parishad The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of the representation dated January 7, 2024. It is alleged that the petitioner had given his land for a State project to the Nadia Zilla Parishad. Subsequently, the State authorities have failed to make payment in respect of the above land to the petitioner. It is further alleged that the State has not taken any steps for payment.

The State is represented and submits that it has no objection to consider the representation in accordance with law.

In view of the above, WPA No.7175 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.7 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated January 7, 2024 in accordance with law and preferably within six weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law and after giving a right of

hearing to all the parties.

It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and the respondent no.7 is to act strictly in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made herein and after hearing all the parties.

Since no Affidavit has been called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
