The petitioner participated in the 1st State Level Selection Test 2016 for recruitment of Assistant Teachers for Higher Secondary Schools (Class XI to XII).

The grievance of the petitioner is that her application under Section 6 read with Section 7(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 is pending before the competent authority of the Commission.

The petitioner is praying disposal of the said application.

W.P.A 6797 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the competent authority of the Commission to dispose of the said application of the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
