For the CESC In view of the disputes raised on behalf of the CESC Ltd. that there is a fire hazard in providing an electricity connection to the subject premises, I am of the view that the prayer for providing electricity connection to the subject premises of the petitioner be considered by the OMBUDSMAN.

The petitioner is directed to make a representation to the OMBUDSMAN within a period of two weeks from date. If such representation is made within the aforesaid time period, the OMBUDSMAN is requested to consider and dispose of the same after giving a right of hearing to all the affected parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid directions, W.P.A. 7533 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
