The instant revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of the injunction application filed in connection with Title Suit no. 864 of 2021. 2.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/plaintiff would submit that during pendency of the instant revisional application, the injunction application has already been disposed of.

Although, there is a prayer for expeditious disposal of the suit, at this stage I am not inclined to pass any such order.

With the above observation, the revisional application being C.O. no. 864 of 2024 is disposed of.
