Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authorities concerned in refunding the refundable amounts in question. It appears from Annexure P-31 to the writ petition that petitioner has made a representation before the respondent authorities concerned for redressal of its grievance on 11th February, 2022 before the D.G.I.T. (System), Income Tax Department/respondent No.4 and which is still pending.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition, being WPA 6300 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No.4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 11th February, 2022 for refund, which according to the petitioner, it is entitled in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised

representative within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
