Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the incident arose out of village rivalry. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, one person was murdered and others suffered injuries of various nature.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1673 of 2022 is dismissed.
