...... petitioners Mr. Avinaba Patra Mr. Dipayan Kundu ....for the petitioners Mr. Sujan Chatterjee ....for the State Considering the fact that 'Improvised Explosive Devices' (IED) were recovered from the house of the petitioner no. 1 and considering the involvement of the other petitioners in the incident as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1674 of 2022 is dismissed.
