Mr. Samiran Mondal, Adv. .....for appellants Mr. Samiran Mondal, learned advocate appears and submits, his senior was engaged by appellants. In spite of best efforts, no instructions are forthcoming. On 25th August, 2021 following order was made:- "None appears on behalf of appellants.

The appeal is in time and form but Additional Stamp Reporter said there are some errors in the memo. Those can be rectified after the appeal has been moved for admission but as aforesaid none appears.

List under heading 'For Dismissal' on 1st September, 2021."

In view of above, we are convinced appellants have lost interest.

SAT 1103 of 2002 is dismissed.
