1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the petition. As such, the petitioner would not like to press this application and instead the proper application be filed afresh on the self-same grounds.
2. In view of the above, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed.
3. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a proper application for anticipatory bail on the selfsame grounds. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
