Putul Paul Mr. Srijib Chakraborty Ms. Rupsa Sreemani Mr. Debdut Banerjee ...for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the father praying for a direction upon the learned Judge, Family Court, Asansol Sadar, District-Paschim Bardhaman to dispose of a proceeding under Section 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 being Act-VIII Case No.19 of 2022 expeditiously.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the interlocutory applications filed in the said proceeding are also pending.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed this Court feels that there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate on record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or the learned advocates representing the opposite parties before the learned Trial Judge.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner CO 1046 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, Family Court, Asansol Sadar to dispose of the pending interlocutory applications as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. After disposal of the interlocutory applications, the learned Judge, Family Court, Asansol Sadar shall make an endeavor to see that the Act-VIII Case No.19 of 2022 is disposed of as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
