In the said order dated 19.07.2022, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate has accepted the final report submitted by the investigating officer and the accused person has been discharged from the said case . It has also been noted in the said order that the de facto complainant in the case appeared on receiving a notice from the court and prayed before the court that the FRT may be accepted.

Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the case.

The present revision has become infructuous.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of being infructuous.
