The petitioner's main grievance is the resistance faced by her from the private respondents for measurement of land.

Be that as it may, since substantial time has elapsed in the meantime, the petitioner, if she is faced with further inconveniences, would submit a fresh representation before the Officer-incharge of Sutahata police Station. The

concerned police station will consider such representation in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 7215 of 2024 is disposed of.
