CAN 4 of 2022 Smt. Reena Saha, Principal Auditor General (Audit-II) being the Disciplinary Authority, presently working as Director General of Audit, South Eastern Railway, Garden Reach, is personally present before us with the affidavit of compliance from which it appears that the Deputy Comptroller and Auditor General - cum - Appellate Authority passed an order on September 24, 2022 allowing the appeal filed by the petitioner. The affidavit of compliance is taken on record.

In view of compliance of our order, the contempt proceeding is disposed of. The application being CAN 4 of 2022 filed by the alleged contemnors seeking extension of time to comply with our order also stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
