The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged exorbitant annual turnover requirement in the Notice Inviting Tender dated 21.03.2022 published by the West Bengal Medical Services Corporation Limited for provision of Facility Management services at Raiganj Medical College..

It is submitted by the Counsel for the medical Corporation, that by a Corrigendum published and uploaded on the website on 31st March, 2022, the annual turnover requirement has been reduced from Rs.75 Crores to Rs.12 Crores.

Admittedly, the writ petitioner has not participated in the tender process after the amendment, and within the extended time stipulated thereat.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The writ petition is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
