For the respondents no.4 and 5 It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that the Family Pension Payment Order (in short "FPPO") has been issued in favour of the petitioner on 2nd June, 2022. A copy of such FPPO has been made over to the petitioner's advocate.

Learned advocate for the petitioner has taken instruction and submits that the petitioner has received such FPPO.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. The same is accordingly disposed of directing the respondents to disburse the money as per the FPPO. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
