It appears from the report petitioner has complied with the conditions i.e. not to enter the jurisdiction of Posta and Burrabazar Police Stations until further orders imposed upon him vide order dated 10th May, 2018.
Learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits for the last four years his client is out of his home and hearth due to the aforesaid condition imposed upon him.
We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner has been away from his home and hearth for the last four years. Charge is yet to be framed and there is little possibility of the trial concluding in the near future.
Under such circumstances, we modify the condition of bail imposed upon the petitioner i.e. not to enter the jurisdiction of Posta and Burrabazar Police Stations and direct that the petitioner shall meet the Officer-in-charge, Posta Police Station once in a month until further
orders. He shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever Other conditions of bail shall remain the same. The application being CRAN 2 of 2021 is accordingly, disposed of.
