Order dated 09.09.2020 granting bail to opposite party nos.2 & 3 has been assailed.

Investigation was complete and co-accused were absconding. There was no possibility of immediate commencement of trial. Considering these aspects and the possibility of false implication owing to political rivalry, bail was granted to opposite party nos.2 & 3. Allegations of misuse of liberty are general and omnibus. Under such circumstances, we find no reason to interfere with the impugned order granting bail to opposite party nos.2 & 3 herein.

CRM 2715 of 2021 is accordingly, dismissed.
