Petitioner is aggrieved by various factors including demarcation by way of boundary wall and construction of the building as also unable to have free egress and ingress to his own property.

So far as the issue relating to boundary wall and construction is concerned, the appropriate authorities would decide the same. This court will not enter in the said domain, neither the police would interfere with the same. However, so far as the egress and ingress to the land in question is concerned, if the petitioner is in possession of title of the property, police authorities would ensure that he is not deterred from having free egress and ingress to the property.

Report reflects that there were earlier proceedings under section 107 Cr.P.C., as such police authorities would oversee that there is no

untoward incident taking place because of the strained relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 6610 of 2025 is disposed of.
